Counselling is a talking therapy that allows you time and space to talk about whatever is troubling you in the present time in a confidential trusting environment. Counselling with the support of your therapist, will help you to understand how you can help yourself and you will be able to explore solutions to make positive changes. Once you understand where you are in your life your therapist will encourage you to talk more to uncover the causes of your problems and identify your thinking patterns and behaviours. You will be able to create an action plan best suited to your needs and goals to achieve the best outcome.

The therapeutic relationship is a confidential and  non-judgemental one with an understanding that you will use our own expertise to live as you want to, however there may be times in your life when you need someone else to understand you needs, your wants, your insecurities and your doubts, whatever they might be. In counselling sessions you can explore this with your therapist who will be able to help you exploring these issues and understanding how to bring about the change you really want.

You can also book telephone or Skype counselling sessions where ever you are and at a time convenient to you. Contact us to find out more
