With the support of a therapist you can find ways to understand why you feel the way you do and work towards making positive changes where you can, to empower you to know you have choices in life. We offer a space where you can talk about what is going on in your thoughts when they are taking over or affecting your life in negative way. Issues can include and not limited to, life coaching, grief, sadness, depression, attachment issues, stress and anxiety, relationship work and personal, intimacy issues, divorce, drug or alcohol dependency. All discussions are in a confidential environment.

  • Providing access to counselling and coaching to improve mental and emotional wellbeing.

  • Provide practical support (emergency food and household items) to individuals and families in need.
  • Provide a signposting service to relevant information and other advisory services and the support of other organisations.

We offer workshops on various topics such as Relationship coaching, 'What is Resilience' and other topics related to 'Mental Health' and well-being.
