Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy, like Counselling is a talking therapy, which looks more deeply into your life and issues you are having difficulties or struggling with to help you understand better by adopting some coping strategies.

 

The therapist will use a range of theories such as, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Islamic therapy, Faith -based therapy, creative arts including role-play theatre therapy. The therapist will explore and gain a deeper insight into your presented issues to help you find a better way to cope and to bring changes in the way that you think will bring about positive mental and emotional well-being.
